Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness where the subconscious level of the mind is in a state of hyper-suggestibility. Under a hypnotic trance, you are not asleep, you are relaxed and able to focus clearly and answer questions. 

Trance is a natural state and we experience it in every day in various forms. For example, have you ever driven home and not remembered how you got there? or lost yourself in a good book and lost track of time?

Part of your mind remains alert and you are in charge the whole time, and you are in control of what you say at all times. All hypnosis is self hypnosis.

 I received my hypnosis training from the Northwest Hypnosis Institute and am a Certified Member of the National Guild of Hypnotists, the oldest and largest hypnotism organization in the world. This certification is widely recognized as the gold standard in the professional practice of hypnotic arts. To ensure I maintain the highest level of expertise, I complete annual continuing education.

In addition to my hypnosis credentials, I am a certified Reiki Master through Natural Healer and hold certification as a Life Coach  from Transformation Learning. I also earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Phoenix.

With this diverse training and expertise, I provide holistic and personalized support to individuals seeking transformation and growth.
